All candidates for the International Intelligence Fellows Program must:

	Be active duty military officers of any service with an intelligence background and/or position, or a civilian working in the intelligence field;
	Serve in a rank equivalent to or above a U.S. Army/Air Force Colonel or Navy Captain, or civilian equivalent;
	Possess a clearance equivalent to U.S. secret.
	Achieve a score of 75 or higher on the English Comprehension Level test.
