The Office of Admissions is dedicated to supporting the University’s vision through targeted recruitment efforts and collaborative outreach initiatives aimed at attracting a diverse student population. The Admissions staff works closely with training and professional development officers throughout the Intelligence Community (IC) to recruit and enroll highly qualified candidates for NIU’s in-residence and non-residence programs.  

As the center of academic life for the IC, NIU offers accredited graduate and undergraduate degrees, as well as a graduate certificate and continuing education. The University’s academic programs are accessible to government and military intelligence professionals and offered in a variety of formats.
